Abstract:
A transmission device (11) having: a housing (13); a drive gear (15) supported by the housing (13); a driven member (23) supported by the housing (13) and having gear teeth (44) that mesh with the drive gear (15); a plurality of differential gears (19) rotatably supported by the driven member (23); a pair of output gears (16a, 16b) that each engage with the plurality of differential gears (19); and a pair of bearing members (33a, 33b) attached to each of the output gears (16a, 16b), respectively, and rotatably connecting the output gears (16a, 16b) to the housing (13). The driven member (23) directly or indirectly comes in contact with at least one of the output gears (16b), on a rear surface side of a section where at least one output gear (16b) meshes with a differential gear (19). As a result, a transmission device is provided that is capable of reducing bearing thrust load.
