Abstract:

A transmission (100) and an automobile. The transmission (100) can be applied to an electric vehicle/electric automobile, a battery electric automobile, a hybrid electric automobile, an extended-range electric automobile, a plug-in hybrid electric automobile, a new energy automobile, etc. A first clutch (30) of the transmission (100) is a bidirectional clutch; the first clutch (30) is located between a primary transmission input gear (101) and a secondary transmission input gear (102) when being arranged on an input shaft (10); the first clutch (30) is located between a primary transmission output gear (201) and a secondary transmission output gear (202) when being arranged on an intermediate shaft (20); or the transmission (100) comprises the first clutch (30) and a second clutch (50) which are arranged on the input shaft (10) or the intermediate shaft (20). The transmission (100) reduces the number of parts in the transmission, and simplifies the structure of the transmission, thereby also reducing the cost of the transmission, and in turn reducing the production cost of the automobile to a certain extent.
