At the first turning position of a main valve spool (8), one of two through-holes communicates with a low pressure outlet by a communicating trench (21) and the other through-hole communicates with a high pressure inlet by a guide trench (22). At the second turning position of the main valve spool (8), the other through-hole communicates with the low pressure outlet and the one through-hole communicates with the high pressure inlet. When the main valve spool is turned between the first turning position and the second turning position by a main valve spool driving means, one end surface and the other end surface of the main valve spool which communicate with each other through the outside of the main valve spool and a pressure equalizing passage formed in a valve main body (2) are made to communicate with each other through the inside of the main valve spool and a pilot port (7) which is opened by the shift of a pilot valve spool, thereby separating the other end surfaces of the main valve spool from a main valve seat.
