Abstract:
Provided is a new transfer feeder (10) that contributes to increase of the movement speed of a feed bar (18). The transfer feeder (10) includes: the feed bar (18); and a first driving device (20), a pair of second driving devices (22), and a pair of third driving devices (24) that support the feed bar (18) horizontally and that cause movements of the feed bar (18) in an X axis direction, a Y axis direction, and a Z axis direction, respectively. The first driving device (20) is provided with: a linear servomotor (34) for generating an axial force in the X axis direction; and a transmission mechanism (36) for transmitting the axial force to the feed bar (18). Each of the second driving devices (22) is provided with: a linear servomotor (38) for generating an axial force in the Y axis direction; and a transmission mechanism (40) for transmitting the axial force to the feed bar (18). Each of the third driving devices (24) is provided with: a rotation type servomotor (42); and a transmission mechanism (44) for converting a rotation force to a force in the Z axis direction and transmitting the force to the feed bar (18).
