Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of tractors, and particularly relates to a tractor intelligent control clutch assembly, which comprises an input shaft, wherein the input shaft is in transmission with a PTO output shaft by means of a PTO clutch; the input shaft is sleeved with a high-speed driving wheel and a low-speed reverse gear driving wheel; a high-speed shaft is sleeved with a high-speed driven wheel and a high-speed output wheel, and the high-speed driven wheel is in transmission with the high-speed output wheel by means of a high-speed clutch; a low-speed shaft is sleeved with a low-speed driven wheel, a low-speed output wheel and a reverse gear idle wheel, and the low-speed driven wheel is in transmission with the low-speed output wheel by means of a low-speed clutch; the reverse gear shaft is sleeved with a reverse gear driven wheel and a reverse gear output wheel, and the reverse gear driven wheel is in transmission with the reverse gear output wheel by means of a reverse gear clutch; and the output shaft is fixedly sleeved with a clutch output wheel. According to the present invention, the input shaft, the low-speed shaft, the high-speed shaft and the reverse gear shaft are distributed in a quadrangle shape; and a TCU controller is used for programming and controlling an electro-hydraulic proportional valve to drive a corresponding wet clutch to be engaged and separated at the optimal time, transmission is stable, the service life is long, and the impact on gear shifting and reversing is small.
