Abstract:
Disclosed is a traction straight-through deluge valve main valve, comprising a valve body (1), a valve deck (2), a diaphragm (3), a traction piston (4), a diaphragm pressing plate (5), a traction connecting rod (6), a valve body connecting rod (7), a valve plate connecting rod (8), a rotary cover body and a mounting hole cover (13). A piston guide part is arranged on the side of the valve body (1); the traction piston (4) is arranged in the piston guide part in the left-right direction in a sliding manner; the valve deck (2) is in flange connection with the piston guide part; the diaphragm pressing plate (5) is fixedly connected to the traction piston (4); the middle of the diaphragm (3) is clamped between the diaphragm pressing plate (5) and the traction piston (4); the edge of the diaphragm (3) is clamped between the valve deck (2) and the piston guide part; threaded through holes (14) are provided in the side wall of the valve body (1) and the valve deck (2); and when the traction piston (4) slides along the piston guide part, the rotary cover body can be in contact with or be separated from an inner sealing end face. Compared with the prior art, in the traction straight-through deluge valve main valve, a flow passing channel is close to a straight-through channel after a valve plate (9) is opened, such that flow loss is reduced.
