Abstract:
Discloses are a torsion damper and a power drive device. The torsion damper comprises a plurality of outer drive pins (31), a plurality of inner drive pins (32), a drive belt (4) and a spring seat (5), wherein the plurality of outer drive pins (31) are arranged on the periphery of the plurality of inner drive pins (32), the plurality of inner drive pins (32) are arranged along the same circumference, the drive belt (4) is of a closed serpentine structure and is connected to the plurality of outer drive pins (31) and the plurality of inner drive pins (32), a pair of spring seats (5) is arranged on a radial inner side of each of the outer drive pins (31), each pair of spring seats (5) is elastically connected by means of an elastic member, and the drive belt (4) meshes with each of the outer drive pins (31) and each spring seat (5).
