Disclosed is a torque converter, for a vehicle, enhancing productivity by reducing the number of parts in a section in which a reactor and an one-way clutch are coupled. A torque converter for a vehicle according to the present invention comprises: an impeller; a turbine; a reactor; and an one-way clutch arranged in the inner circumferential surface of the reactor, wherein the one-way clutch comprises: an outer race arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the reactor; an inner race arranged so as to be distanced by a set distance from the inner circumferential surface of the outer race; a bearing fixing member arranged in between the outer and inner races; and a plurality of bearings arranged in the bearing fixing member along the circumference thereof, and the bearing fixing member comprises: a fixing part having a plurality of grooves in which a plurality of bearings are arranged in the circumferential direction; an extended part extending from the fixed part and bent at a right angle therefrom with respect to the rotational axis thereof; and movement restricting parts extending radially, with respect to the rotational axis, from the extended part so as to restrict movement in the direction of the axis.
