Abstract:
A toothed belt comprising belt teeth arranged at a constant pitch in the belt length direction, wherein the belt teeth are provided so as to mesh with a pulley having pulley grooves arranged on the peripheral edge at a constant pitch, the length of a contour line in a contour shape of each belt tooth as viewed from the side is longer than the length of a contour line in a contour shape of each pulley groove as viewed from the side, and the height of a point on the contour line of the belt tooth is the largest at an intersection point between the contour line of the belt tooth and the center line of the belt tooth.
