Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a toothbrush capable of achieving satisfactory usability when fitted to an attachment. This toothbrush includes, in a long axis direction, a grip portion (16), a neck portion (15) positioned at the distal end of the grip portion, and a head portion (14) positioned at the distal end of the neck portion, wherein the toothbrush is fitted to an attachment which has an insertion hole in the long axis direction, in which the grip portion is inserted into the insertion hole from a tail portion (16a) side, and in which a bottom portion of the insertion hole is closed. In a side surface view seen in the width direction of the head portion, the thickness of the grip portion in a direction orthogonal to the long axis direction and the width direction increases continuously from the rear end of the tail portion in the long axis direction toward the distal end side, until a maximum position F, and the position in the long axis direction at which the thickness is greatest is a position at least 20 mm and at most 30 mm from the rear end.
