Abstract:
A method for using a toothbrush having an iontophoresis function and a toothbrush having an iontophoresis function. The toothbrush having an iontophoresis function comprises a handle part (1) and a brush head (2); the brush head (2) is electrically conductive, and the handle part (1) comprises a conductive housing (11); the conductive housing (11) is provided with an accommodating cavity (12), which is internally provided with a battery (13) and a PCB control board (14); the battery (13) and the conductive housing (11) are electrically connected to the PCB control board (14), respectively; the PCB control board (14) is also provided with a control button (15), which is used to control the start up and shut off of the toothbrush having an iontophoresis function, as well as the switching between positive and negative electrodes of the battery (13). By using the toothbrush having an iontophoresis function, drug ions in toothpaste and an oral medicine may rapidly reach the micropores of the teeth, the gums or the oral mucosa under the orientation of an electrical field to thereby quickly reach an action area to have an effect. Moreover, targeted iontophoresis may be implemented on the basis of the attributes of the drug ions, iontophoresis time is short, efficiency is high, and the trouble of confusing routing does not exist.
