Disclosed are a time delay compensation method, apparatus and device, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises: a time delay compensation device acquiring position information of a timestamp reference point in a synchronization message; determining a position offset of the timestamp reference point according to the position information of the timestamp reference point; and then, acquiring a time delay compensation value according to the position offset of the timestamp reference point and the transmission rate of a code block, wherein the time delay compensation value is used for carrying out time delay compensation on a timestamp of the synchronization message, and the code block is a code block of the synchronization message. In the method, the position of a timestamp reference point after PCS channel distribution is accurately predicted by using the characteristics of AM insertion, such that an accurate compensation value can be obtained during timestamp compensation calculation, thereby improving the timestamp accuracy.
