Abstract:
A time delay automatic closing faucet not affected by water quality comprises a valve body (1) and a valve core (2). A water passing hole (6) whose opening is controlled by the valve core (2) is disposed at a lower portion of the valve body (1). A water outlet hole (5) is disposed in a side surface of the valve body (1). The water outlet hole (5) is connected to the water passing hole (6) through a water channel in the lower portion of the valve body (1). The valve core (2) penetrates through the valve body (1) from the middle. A press switch (7) is fixed to a top end of the valve core (2). A spring apparatus (11) enabling the valve core (2) to reset is disposed in the valve body (1). An upper portion of the valve body (1) is provided with a negative pressure cavity (12). A piston (8) disposed in the negative pressure cavity (12) is connected onto the valve core (2). The valve core (2) drives the piston (8) to perform piston motion in the negative pressure cavity (12). A one-way seal ring (9) is disposed at the periphery of the piston (8). A size-adjustable air inlet hole (10) is disposed in the piston (8). According to the time delay automatic closing faucet, the negative pressure cavity is disposed at the upper portion of the valve body, so that the negative pressure cavity is separated from the water channel in the lower portion of the valve body, thereby preventing impurities in water from affecting the work of the negative pressure cavity, overcoming the defect that the service life of an existing automatic closing faucet is short, and effectively extending the service life of the faucet.
