Abstract:
A three-dimensional super-resolution light sheet microscopic imaging method and a microscopic imaging system (1000). The microscopic imaging method comprises: generating excitation light for a biological sample (2000) in a manner of light sheet illumination to obtain a related fluorescence image; generating at least N sub-images by copying the fluorescence image, N being an integer greater than or equal to 2, a first sub-image in the at least N sub-images being at the same angle as the fluorescence image, and a second sub-image in the at least N sub-images being rotated by a non-zero angle relative to the first sub-image along a first direction; respectively converting the first sub-image and the second sub-image into an image matrix, and processing the image matrices by a convolutional neural network to obtain a one-dimensional super-resolution image matrix of the first sub-image and a one-dimensional super-resolution image matrix of the second sub-image; splicing the one-dimensional super-resolution image matrix of the first sub-image and the one-dimensional super-resolution image matrix of the second sub-image into an image matrix by means of a frequency domain; and converting the image matrix spliced by means of the frequency domain into a two-dimensional super-resolution image.
