A three-dimensional model generation method and apparatus, and an electronic device. The three-dimensional model generation method comprises: respectively performing feature extraction on an aerial three-dimensional model and a ground three-dimensional model of an object to be modeled, so as to acquire at least three groups of feature vectors (S110); performing registration on the aerial three-dimensional model and the ground three-dimensional model on the basis of the feature vectors, so as to determine a first transition region of a fused three-dimensional model (S120); reconstructing triangular patches of the first transition region, so as to obtain a second transition region (S130); and performing texture filling on the second transition region, and determining a target three-dimensional model of said object (S140).
