Abstract:
A threaded fastener capable of preventing automatic rolling motion in a loosening direction, comprising a nut (1), a gasket (2), and a bolt (3). The bottom of the nut (1) is provided with a conical concave surface (4), and the angle θ of the conical concave surface (4) is smaller than the internal screw thread angle α of the nut (1) and the external screw thread angle β of the bolt (3). The center of the gasket (2) is provided with a through hole (5) for a screw rod of the bolt (3) to pass through, the hole diameter of the through hole (5) is greater than the major diameter of the external screw thread of the bolt (3), the top of the gasket (2) is provided with a conical convex surface (6), and the height of the gasket (2) is not greater than the height of the conical concave surface (4). After the nut (1), the gasket (2) and the bolt (3) are installed and tightened on a workpiece, the bottom of the nut (1) is in contact with the workpiece. After the gasket (2) is deformed, a contact structure having no transverse gap is formed between the conical convex surface (6) and the conical concave surface (4), thereby effectively preventing the nut (1) and the bolt (3) from continuous rolling motion in a loosening direction during lateral vibration or impact.
