Abstract:
A thread clamping device of a sewing machine, relating to the technical field of sewing machine equipment. Said device comprises a base (1); a support frame (2) is provided at the top of the base (1), a clamping mechanism for clamping a thread is provided at the top of the support frame (2), a damping mechanism is arranged between the support frame (2) and the base (1), and a suction mechanism for fixing said device is provided on the inner side of the base (1). In the present device, by providing the clamping mechanism, a motor can be used to control second thread clamping plates to ascend or descend, so that the stability of thread clamping can be improved, avoiding the problem of affecting the aesthetics of stitches due to unstable tension of sewing threads; moreover, by controlling the rotation speed, rotation angle and output torque of the motor, different thread clamping actions or thread clamping forces can be achieved, satisfying different usage requirements. By providing positioning mechanisms, extendable and retractable rods are used to push pushing plates, and the pushing plates drive transmission rods to rotate, so that top plates located at front and rear sides of the top end of each positioning frame can extend to two sides. The cooperation of the top plates and guide plates can further enhance the stability of the clamping mechanism in operation, and ensure the stability of thread clamping.
