Abstract:
The present invention provides a thiodiglycolic acid extraction agent, and a preparation method therefor and use thereof, in the technical field of extraction separation in the fields of extraction agent synthesis and hydrometallurgy. The extraction agent is obtained by: mixing thiodiglycolic anhydride, alkyl-substituted secondary amines and an organic reagent according to a ratio, stirring and reacting the obtained mixed reactant in an ice-water bath for 10-60 minutes, then transferring, and continuously stirring and reacting under conditions of 20-50 degrees Celsius for 6-24 hours, and after the reaction is finished, extracting a product, then washing, drying, suction filtering and performing rotary evaporation on an obtained organic phase. The present extraction agent has a synthesis method which is simple and easy to operate, and exhibits good salt resistance and acid resistance. The extraction agent has high extraction efficiency and selectivity for precious metal ions, may realize recovery of precious metal ions from acidic feed liquid with a short process and high efficiency, and has significant industrial application value.
