Abstract:
Disclosed is a thin microphone which can be implemented with a simple configuration and can prevent generation of noise sound by intercepting external impact of sweat, dust, or the like, on the microphone.  A helmet (10) has a microphone portion (30) fixed to a chin strap (18).  The microphone portion (30) consists of a holding member (31) composed of low repulsion rubber and having an area which can touch the periphery of throat of a person wearing the helmet, and a thin piezoelectric element (32) held in the holding member (31).  The microphone portion (30) is constituted by hot pressing the thin piezoelectric element (32) sandwiched by flexible films (33a, 33b) from the opposite sides and then inserting an integrated sheet of the piezoelectric element (32) and the flexible films (33a, 33b) into the low repulsion rubber (31).
