Abstract:
A thermoplastic fiber mesh structure and an automotive interior trim part. According to the thermoplastic fiber mesh structure (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d), a support structure is formed by means of fiber filaments (21a, 21h, 21i, 21j, 21k, 21l, 21m, 21n, 21q) molten and bonded together by themselves, and the fiber filaments are made of a thermoplastic elastomer material. The automotive interior trim part comprises the thermoplastic fiber mesh structure, and face covers and/or fabrics (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) tightened onto the thermoplastic fiber mesh structure. According to the thermoplastic fiber mesh structure, the thermoplastic elastomer material is molten and extruded to form a three-dimensional mesh structure, the support structure is formed, and the thermoplastic fiber mesh structure has the characteristics of high resilience and recyclability, such that the automotive interior trim part gives consideration to environmental protection, air permeability and light weight while ensuring the support performance and the comfort. The thermoplastic material is subjected to a physical reaction, instead of a chemical reaction, in the melting and extrusion process, such that the stability is better in the preparation process, and the product is more uniform and controllable. Considering that a conventional face cover foaming and tightening form cannot be suitable for the thermoplastic fiber mesh structure, the automotive interior trim part provides a brand-new tightening form to match the coating of the thermoplastic fiber mesh structure.
