Abstract:
This thermoelectric conversion device (20) comprises a substrate (22), and a plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements (24, 25) provided on the substrate (22). Each of the plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements (24, 25) has a rectangular parallelepiped shape and is composed of an alloy that contains: Fe3Sn2, iron nitride (for example, Fe16N2), or a rare-earth element exhibiting an anomalous Nernst effect; and Co. The plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements (24, 25) are arranged in a meandering shape in parallel in a direction (y direction) perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (x direction), and electrically connected in series.
