Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a thermal insulator (50) that includes: a polymer sorbent that regenerates, through desorption of adsorbed moisture; and a thermal insulation material. This thermal insulator: provides thermal insulation performance; reduces or prevents the stagnation of water droplets between an object of thermal insulation and the thermal insulator, by repeatedly adsorbing liquid water which is between the object of thermal insulation and the thermal insulator; and prevents degradation of the object.
