Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a thawing and heating cooker that makes it possible to suppress upsizing of the device. A thawing and heating cooker according to the present invention comprises: a pair of electrodes (a positive electrode 1a and a negative electrode 1b) that thaw food 6 in a heating chamber 3 through dielectric heating; a heating coil 2 that inductively heats the food 6 thawed through the dielectric heating by the pair of electrodes; and a selection switch semiconductor 50 that switches the supply of electric power between the pair of electrodes and the heating coil 2. The heating coil 2 is located below a lower one of the pair of electrodes. A thawing heating cooker 100 comprises: a converter circuit 60 that converts alternating current to direct current; and an inverter circuit 30 connected to the converter circuit 60 and having an upper arm semiconductor 31 and a lower arm semiconductor 32 that perform a switching operation. The pair of electrodes and the heating coil 2 are connected in parallel to the inverter circuit 30, the heating coil 2 being connected via the selection switch semiconductor 50.
