Abstract:
A textile size stirring device for textiles, comprising a cylindrical cover body (1) and a liquid storage box (24), wherein a circular hole is formed in an upper wall of the cover body (1); a rack (2) is fixed on the upper wall of the outer side of the cover body (1); a motor (3) is fixedly connected to the middle of a lower wall of the rack (2); an output shaft of the motor (3) penetrates through the circular hole in the top of the cover body (1) and is fixedly connected to a wide gear (4); the wide gear (4) is meshed with multiple planetary gears (5); a wide gear ring (6) is fixedly connected to an inner sidewall of the cover body (1); and the wide gear ring (6), the planetary gears (5), and the wide gear (4) are all of a straight tooth structure. The rotation directions of the planetary gears (5) and the wide gear (4) are opposite, an inner blade (23) generates an upward pressing force on size, so that outside size is pumped into the liquid storage box (24), and outer blades (21) generate downward pressing force on the size, so that a circulation process is achieved, and a filter screen (26) generates a filtering effect on the size.
