Abstract:
A plurality of terminal pins (111-115) are arranged side by side in a first direction. A plurality of terminal pins (121-125) are arranged parallel to the plurality of terminal pins (111-115). The plurality of terminal pins (111-115, 121-125) have respective inner surfaces (Fi) that face each other, respective outer surfaces (Fo) that are on the opposite side from the inner surfaces (Fi), and respective lateral surfaces (Fs) that connect the inner surfaces (Fi) and the outer surfaces (Fo). The lateral surfaces (Fs) have respective first portions (Ar1) with relatively rough surfaces and respective second portions (Ar2) with relatively fine surfaces that have substantially the same roughness as the inner surfaces (Fi) and the outer surfaces (Fo).
