Abstract:
Provided is a terminal device able to carry out suitable management that includes unused cell settings. Also provided is a base station device and a wireless communication method. The terminal device (10) carries out wireless communication with the base station device (50) and comprises: a reception unit (11) that receives, from the base station device (50), cell setting information pertaining to cell settings, and group information indicating a cell setting group; an execution unit (12) that executes a mobility control that is based on L1/L2 signaling; and a management unit (13) that manages a plurality of the cell settings on the basis of the group information and the type of mobility control executed by the execution unit (12).
