A telescopic tube comprises an outer tube (11) and an inner tube (13), and also comprises an outer end plug (12). The outer end plug is disposed at one end of the outer tube, and the inner tube is inserted at the end portion. The outer end plug comprises a ring body (121) and rolling bodies (122). The rolling bodies are disposed on the ring body. The rolling bodies are partially above the inner surface of the ring body, and the rolling bodies are not higher than the outer surface of the ring body. The outer surfaces of the ring body are connected to the inner wall of the outer tube, and the rolling bodies and the outer wall of the inner tube are in clearance fit. The outer end plug is additionally disposed on the telescopic tube, and the inner tube and the outer end plug cooperate with each other to move in a telescopic manner, which can reduce the resistance caused by the size and shape deviation of the outer tube and the inner tube. In addition, an inner end plug is additionally disposed on the telescopic tube, the inner end plug is provided with a supporting surface fitted to the inner wall of the outer tube, so that two groups of cooperative connections are formed between the outer tube and the inner tube, the telescopic movement is steadier and smoother, and the telescopic adjustment also requires less effort and produces less noise.
