Abstract:
A telescopic pushing and compressing integrated recovery apparatus, comprising a material collecting box (2), wherein the material collecting box is provided with a material collecting cavity, a feed opening in communication with the material collecting cavity, and a discharge opening in communication with the material collecting cavity; a pushing and compressing device (3) is provided on one side of the material collecting cavity, and a self-locking device (4) is provided on the other side of the material collecting cavity; the pushing and compressing device is provided with a pushing and compressing driving electric motor (30), a second lead screw module (31), a sliding plate (32) and a hinge module (33); one end of the hinge module is connected to the sliding plate, and the other end of the hinge module is connected to a pushing and compressing plate (34); the driving electric motor drives the sliding plate to transversely move in the material collecting cavity via the second lead screw module, so that the pushing and compressing plate compacts waste materials or pushes the waste materials out of the material collecting cavity; and the self-locking device is provided with a self-locking baffle (40) which is movably arranged. According to the recovery apparatus, the automation degree of a production line is optimized by using the compression and pushing integrated structural design, so that the waste materials in the material collecting cavity can be compressed, the handling capacity and the space utilization rate of the material collecting box are improved, and the waste materials can be automatically pushed out of the material collecting cavity when the waste materials in the material collecting cavity are accumulated to a certain degree, so as to replace a traditional manual cleaning mode.
