Disclosed in the present invention is a tattooing instrument having a secondary fastening function, comprising an operating handle and a tattooing head connected to the operating handle. A first abutment end is arranged at the top of the tattooing head; a first fastening member is arranged at the bottom of the operating handle; the first fastening member is detachably connected to the first abutment end; a second abutment end is arranged on the outer surface of the bottom of the first abutment end; a second fastening member is mounted outside an operating portion; the second fastening member is detachably connected to the second abutment end. The present invention improves the firmness and stability of a connection between the operating handle and the tattooing head of the tattooing instrument, prevents the tattooing head from loosening, can reduce potential safety hazards in an operation process, and improves the safety and the accuracy in a tattooing process.
