Abstract:
Disclosed in the embodiments of the present application is a task allocation method, which is used for improving the processing efficiency of a work task. The method in the embodiments of the present application comprises: receiving a work task, wherein the work task comprises one or more task goals; acquiring portraits of a plurality of objects, wherein the portrait comprises one or more of the following: age, field of expertise, work performance and skilled work content; determining a target object according to the work task and the portraits of the objects, wherein the target object is used for processing the work task; and pushing the work task to the target object.
