Abstract:
The present invention relates to a tapping screw having an improved fastening force, that can improve a fastening area of a tapping screw fastened to an object to be fastened. More particularly, the present invention relates to a tapping screw having an improved fastening force, the tapping screw comprising: a head portion; and a body portion having a plurality of threads formed at an outer circumferential surface thereof and having one end connected to the head portion, wherein the plurality of threads comprise a plurality of fastening threads in the entire length direction of the body portion or in at least a predetermined section of the length direction of the body portion, and the plurality of fastening threads are formed such that the width of the fastening threads increases in a direction from the other end of the body portion to the one end of the body portion.
