Abstract:
Disclosed is a tapping plate manufacturing apparatus. The tapping plate manufacturing apparatus is characterized by including: a primary cut processing part which performs piercing, which involves producing a hole that functions as a reference in a metal plate positioned between an upper die and a lower die, and notching, which involves cutting off a predetermined portion; a reverse drawing processing part in which a first punch installed in the lower die ascends toward a reverse drawing die installed in the upper die to form, on the metal plate positioned between the first punch and the reverse drawing die, a reverse hemispherical molding portion which is convex in the direction of the upper die; a forward drawing processing part in which a second punch positioned behind the reverse drawing die in the upper die, while pressing the reverse hemispherical molding portion, descends toward a first forward drawing die positioned behind the first punch in the lower die to form a forward hemispherical molding portion which is convex in the direction of the lower die; a piercing processing part which forms a hole in the processed forward hemispherical molding portion; a restrike processing part which processes the forward hemispherical molding portion, in which the hole is formed into the dimensions for forming a final tap nut; a tap nut shape processing part which processes the forward hemispherical forming portion in which the hole is formed into a final tap nut shape; a tapping processing part which forms a tap in the tap nut formed through the tap nut shape processing part; and a secondary cut processing part which cuts the area around the tap nut to complete a tap nut plate.
