Abstract:
A tapered thread connection pair resolves the technical problems of poor self-locking ability of the existing tapered thread connection pair, and the like. The tapered thread connection pair comprises an external thread (6) and an internal thread (7). The external thread (6) comprises an outer side helical surface (11) and a first end helical surface (12), the shape of the outer side helical surface (11) being the same as that of a spiral outer side face of a rotary body, and the shape of the first end helical surface (12) being the same as that of a spiral end face of the end having a moving direction that is the same as an axial movement direction of the rotary body; and the internal thread (7) comprises an inner side helical surface (21) and a second end helical surface (22), the shape of the inner side helical surface (21) being the same as that of the spiral outer side face of the rotary body, and the shape of the second end helical surface (22) being the same as that of the spiral end face of the end having a moving direction that is the same as the axial movement direction of the rotary body. The tapered thread connection pair is high in locking force, large in bearing force value, good in anti-loosening property, good in mechanical seal effect and good in stability, can prevent a loose phenomenon caused during connection, and has a self-locking function.
