Abstract:
This tapered roller bearing (1) comprises: an inner ring (2) which has a conical raceway surface (2a) and is provided with a large flange surface (7) on the large diameter side of the raceway surface (2a); an outer ring (3) having a conical raceway surface (3a); and conical rollers (4) provided between the raceway surface (2a) of the inner ring (2) and the raceway surface (3a) of the outer ring (3). An outer ring angle (α) which is the taper angle of the raceway surface (3a) of the outer ring (3) is 45-68°, the large flange surface (7a) of the inner ring (2) is a polished surface, the arithmetic average roughness (Ra) of the large flange surface (7a) is greater than 0.1 μm and less than 0.4 μm, and the maximum height (Rz) of the large flange surface (7a) is greater than 1 μm and less than 3 μm.
