Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a tactile feedback substrate and a tactile feedback apparatus. The tactile feedback substrate comprises a base substrate, and a piezoelectric element, which is arranged on one side of the base substrate. The piezoelectric element comprises a first electrode, a piezoelectric material layer and a second electrode, which are arranged in a laminated manner, wherein the first electrode is arranged close to the base substrate, the first electrode and the second electrode are used for forming an alternating electric field, and the piezoelectric material layer is used for vibrating under the action of the alternating electric field, and for driving the base substrate to resonate, with an insulating planarization layer being provided at at least one of a position between the first electrode and the piezoelectric material layer and a position between the second electrode and the piezoelectric material layer, and the dielectric constant of the insulating planarization layer being lower than the dielectric constant of the piezoelectric material layer.
