Abstract:
A tablet crusher 10 is provided with: a main body portion 40 equipped internally with a rotary drive source 49; a mixer unit 30 including a rotary cutter 33; and a cup-shaped tablet accommodating container 20 mounted on the mixer unit 30. The mixer unit 30 and the tablet accommodating container 20 are mounted detachably in such a way that the rotary cutter 33 of the mixer unit 30 can rotate inside the tablet accommodating container 20. The tablet crusher is provided with a safety means (50, 46) for allowing the rotary drive source 49 to drive only if the tablet accommodating container 20 is fully mounted on the mixer unit 30, and an accommodating portion of the mixer unit 30 is fully mounted on the main body portion 40.
