Abstract:
A table board assembly structure, and a table board processing and jointing process. The process comprises: first prefabricating two table board units (a); then drilling holes in a jointed side wall (a1) of a single table board unit (a) in sequence by using a hole arrangement device (B); placing and positioning the table board units (a) on a bearing station of the hole arrangement device (B); pressing down a positioning pressing beam (8) located above the rear of the table board units (a), so as to tightly press the table board units (a); synchronously feeding drill bits (11) arranged in a horizontal direction, so as to process the jointed side walls (a1) to form a row of positioning holes (34); pre-inserting and fastening a connecting rod (35) of a three-in-one connecting member in one of the table board units (a); pre-burying hard annular sleeves (38) in the table board units (a), and arranging eccentric wheel fasteners (36) of eccentric wheel structures in the annular sleeves (38); then sequentially arranging positioning pins (41) in the positioning holes (34) in a penetrating manner; subsequently jointing the two table board units (a) together, respectively inserting two ends of the positioning pins (41) into the two table board units (a), and respectively inserting two ends of the connecting rod (35) into the two table board units (a); and finally screwing and acting on the eccentric wheel fasteners (36), so that the eccentric wheel fasteners (36) tighten and act on the connecting rod (35) so as to lock the two table board units (a).
