Abstract:
Disclosed is a system for reducing an amount of organic waste and increasing biogas production, combined with a hydrothermal carbonization device having improved energy consumption efficiency. According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is a system for reducing an amount of organic waste and increasing biogas production, the system comprising: a reservoir which receives and stores organic waste; an anaerobic digestion tank which receives the organic waste from the reservoir to digest organic matter and produce biogas; a dehydrator which performs primary hydration of the organic waste discharged from the anaerobic digestion tank; a hydrothermal carbonization device which receives and hydrothermally carbonizes the dehydrated organic waste; and a filter press which performs secondary hydration of a hydrothermally carbonized product discharged from the hydrothermal carbonization device.
