Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system for notching electrodes and stacking cells for secondary batteries, the system comprising a combination of a notching portion for notching lead tabs on edges of electrodes and a cell stacking portion for supplying a negative-electrode plate, a positive-electrode plate, and a separator onto a stacking stage in a predetermined order and stacking same, thereby manufacturing a cell stack. A system for notching electrodes and stacking cells for secondary batteries according to the present invention may comprise: a notching portion for continuously transferring negative-electrode plates and positive-electrode plates transferred from a positive-electrode supply portion and a negative-electrode supply portion and notching lead tabs on edges of the negative-electrode plates and positive-electrode plates; a cutting portion for transferring the negative-electrode plates and positive-electrode plates notched by the notching portion and cutting same in predetermined lengths; an inspection/alignment portion for photographing the negative-electrode plates and positive-electrode plates transferred from the cutting portion, thereby inspecting and aligning same; and a cell stacking portion comprising a tilting stage configured to reciprocate/rotate by a predetermined angle in both directions with regard to an axis perpendicular to the ground around an axis of rotation parallel to the ground, a stage driving unit for reciprocating/rotating the tilting stage around the axis of rotation, a separator supply unit for continuously supplying separators to the tilting stage from above the tilting stage, and a positive-electrode delivery unit and a negative-electrode delivery unit for picking up negative-electrode plates and positive-electrode plates aligned by the alignment portion, seating same onto separators on the tilting stage in a predetermined order, and stacking same.
