Description:
A SYSTEM FOR LOADING BALANCE Technical Field

The present invention relates to a system for following up balance loading and usage of users who get pre-paid telecommunication service, determining how much a customer spends on average monthly by processing loading and usage data by means of at least one machine learning model, and carrying out transaction of balance loading automatically.

Background of the Invention Mobile devices getting pre-paid telecommunication service are one of the most frequently used devices in daily life. Balance loading is required in a within a period of time determined by a mobile operator in order that mobile devices can keep on benefiting from telecommunication service. Transactions of users who benefit from telecommunication methods on a regular basis such as voice call, short messaging; voice, text, video call via Internet; accessing web pages; and viewing multimedia contents are provided with the expenditure amount that is used from the balance loaded by the user in advance, in pre-paid telecommunication services. In cases where users do not use their mobile devices frequently and want to be accessible only in case of emergency, it is required to keep the line in-service by loading balance within a period of time determined by the mobile operator. Users who use their mobile devices regularly need to keep their telecommunications service fees available in their lines, by making regular balance payments. For a pre-paid telecommunication service requiring regular payment, users need to follow up the periods and amounts for balance loading and this leads to an additional responsibility in user’s daily life.

Considering the deficiencies of management habits of pre-paid telecommunication service in the current technique, it is understood that there is need for a system for following up balance loading and usage of users who get pre-paid telecommunication service, determining how much a customer spends on average monthly by processing loading and usage data by means of at least one machine learning model, and carrying out transaction of balance loading automatically in the state of the art.

The Korean patent document no. KR100432901B1, an application in the state of the art, discloses a system and method for enabling users, who get pre-paid mobile telecommunication service, to load balance automatically and be informed. The said invention provides a payment service system and an automatic pre-payment method therefor in order to offer various services such as an automatic payment or an alarm service to a user getting service from a prepaid mobile communication terminal and thus to receive payment service at the desired time.
