Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system for adhering a friction material of an automobile compressor pulley and, more particularly, to a system for adhering a friction material in which an automobile compressor pulley with a friction material pre-attached thereto is supplied from a main conveyor to completely adhere the friction material to an adhesive coating surface, the system comprising: a first loading unit going up and down to/from the upper side of a transfer plate of the main conveyor to/from a second loading unit; the second loading unit going back and forth to/from the upper side of the first loading unit to/from an entrance of a heating unit; the heating unit which provides an entrance at one side of the second loading unit and an exit at one side of a first unloading unit, and completely adheres the pre-attached friction material due to the dead weight of the pulley and heat; the first unloading unit going back and forth to/from an exit of the heating unit to/from the upper side of a second unloading unit; and the second unloading unit going up and down to/from the transfer plate of the main conveyor to/from the lower side of the first unloading unit. According to these features, the present invention is capable of deriving excellent adhesive shape and strength by using the dead weight of the pulley, and workability and productivity is able to be improved.
