Abstract:
This synthetic resin-made container that has a container body molded into a predetermined container shape and a coating layer laminated on the outer circumferential surface side of the container body and that makes it possible to easily separate the coating layer from the container body after use of said synthetic resin-made container, is provided by this synthetic resin-made container manufacturing method comprising: heating a composite preform having a preform body and a coating material layer laminated on the outer circumferential surface side of the preform body; bringing the coating material layer into a melting state or a semi-melting state while softening the preform body in an extendable manner; molding the composite preform into a predetermined container shape by using a blow molding die having an edge part that is extended along a predetermined direction and that is obtained by providing a stepped portion on the inner circumferential surface of a cavity; and providing a thin part molded through pressure contact with the edge part, to the coating material layer molded integrally with the preform body.
