Title:
SYNTHESIS DEVICE AND WEIGHING MECHANISM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/180642
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a highly reliable synthesis device for chemically synthesizing a plurality of types of solutions by selectively sending the solutions, the device having improved solution utilization efficiency and a simplified device configuration. Also provided is a weighing mechanism which accurately weighs the solutions in order to improve the solution utilization efficiency. Specifically, a synthesis device 3 includes: a plurality of lead-out pipes 6 provided respectively from a plurality of storage containers 2 in which solutions are stored; a solution sending means 24 for sending the solutions through the lead-out pipes 6; a reaction vessel 9 into which the sent solutions are introduced and in which a synthesis product is generated; and a weighing mechanism 15 which is provided in the middle of an entire flow path 25, between the storage containers 2 and the reaction vessel 9, and which weighs the solution to be sent to the reaction vessel 9. The weighing mechanism 15 also selectively acquires and weighs a plurality of solutions. The weighing mechanism 15 includes: a holding portion 27 for holding downstream end portion 6a sides of the lead-out pipes 6; a weighing container 7 for receiving the solutions flowing out from the downstream end portions 6a; and a weight sensor 26 for measuring the weight in the weighing container 7.
