Description:
SWORD WAR ROBOT

Technical Field:

This invention relates to a sword fighting robot that can be used in robot wars competitions or other robot competitions.

State of the Art:

The war robots that are already being made or being made around the world combine the imagination of the person with the production capacity, and in this direction, the robot manufactures. In our country, there are very few projects and investments in this field. Each designer produces war robots with their own unique production technique. Due to the fact that the weapon mechanisms of these war robots are not light and have a solid bearing, they are easily deformed. Due to the lack of mobility and weapon mechanisms, the desired efficiency cannot be obtained in robot competitions. At the same time, the number of efficient robots is low due to the differences in the production techniques used in these studies.

The patent application WO2017143568A1 describes a” War Robot". A war robot comprises a body, a turret, a driving mechanism, a transmitting mechanism, and a feedback mechanism, the body comprising a fuselage and a roller being in a rotary connection with the fuselage, the turret being detachably connected to the top of the fuselage, the driving mechanism being fixed to the fuselage and driving the roller to rotate so as to drive the fuselage to walk, the transmitting mechanism comprising a transmitter being fixed to the turret for transmitting a visible beam, the feedback mechanism comprising a visible light sensor being fixed to the fuselage for receiving the visible beam.

The patent application CN106945736A describes” Wheel-tracked robot and remote control robot". The invention discloses a wheel -tracked robot and a remote control robot, and relates to the technical field of robots. The invention provides a wheel-tracked robot, comprising a robot body, a control panel, drive wheels, rubber wheels, first track wheels, second track wheels, third track wheels, first motors, second motors, third motors and transmission tracks. The control board is mounted on the robot body, the second track wheels are located between the first track wheels and the third track wheels, and the first track wheels, the second track wheels and the third track wheels are in transmission connection through the transmission tracks. The rotating shafts of the first track wheels and the rotating shafts of the second track wheels constitute a first plane, the rotating shafts of the second track wheels and the rotating shafts of the third track wheels constitute a second plane, and the first plane and the second plane have an included angle. The invention also provides the remote-control robot, comprising a remote controller, a communication module, and the wheel-tracked robot. The wheel-tracked robot and the remote-control robot disclosed by the invention are simple in structure and light in weight and can walk at different road conditions and complex pavement conditions.

The patent application CN104057835A describes a” General remote control wheeled mobile robot ". A general remote control wheeled mobile robot mainly comprises a robot vehicle body, a travelling mechanism, a drive motor and motor control mechanism, a sensor system and an integrated control system, wherein the mobile robot is in a bilateral motor driven structure; the travelling mechanism is wheeled; driving wheels and chain wheels are mounted on both sides of the vehicle body respectively; the chain wheels drive transmission chains to transfer torques of drive motors to the homolateral driving wheels; a plurality of compressing gears are mounted on the transmission chains; the three driving wheels are mounted on the same side; a wheel base between every two adjacent driving wheels is less than three times of the semidiameter of each driving wheel; the wheel bases between the adjacent driving wheels on the same side are equal; and the driving wheels are dentoid. Due to a specific driving wheel layout structure of the robot, the running stability and obstacle crossing ability of the robot are improved, and the robot has the characteristic of rapid movement of the wheeled mobile robot and the obstacle crossing ability of a tracked mobile robot.

The above applications describe robots used for various tasks or competitions. These robots have a high cost due to the materials they are produced and the production stages. It is not durable enough. Weapon mechanisms are in a way that we can call primitive. No measures have been taken or the measures taken are not sufficient against their mobility and overturning risks. In robot wars, it is not capable of defeating or standing firm against opponents. Competing robots with defense mechanisms against primitive weapon mechanisms can easily defend themselves. In addition, they are in a structure that can be easily deformed in the face of attacks.

Consequently, there is a need for a new technology that can overcome the disadvantages mentioned above.

Description of the Invention:

This invention is a sword fighting robot that can overcome the disadvantages mentioned above, and its feature is; High durability as it is made of steel sheet, wheels that can touch the ground from both sides, having a body that can be corrected in any situation thanks to the balance protrusions on its side walls, a different and effective attack mechanism, having wedges to prevent the body from being affected during the attack.

The body of the invention is manufactured from sheet steel. In this way, it is both resistant to impacts and heavy. The weight is an advantage in robot wars as it allows the robot to hold on to the ground harder. The wheels come out from both sides of the body in case the robot turns over. Thus, even if the robot turns upside down, the wheels touch the ground and do not lose its mobility. There are balance projections on 3 side walls in case the robot falls on the side walls. These balance projections allow the robot to fall on one of the two surfaces where the wheels can touch the ground, without resting on the side walls. The sword on the front of the body is used as an attack mechanism. Thanks to its up and down movement, it can somersault or throw the opponent. During the attack of the sword, the wedges on the front of the body prevent the robot from being damaged, so that the rear part of the body does not rise into the air or other negative consequences are experienced. It is easy to install thanks to the easy fixing of the parts that make up the invention, and the costs are low due to the short assembly time. Moreover, the invention has a solid construction.

Description of the Invention:

The invention consists of a body (1) that houses the parts of the robot and acts as an armor, at least 4 wheels (2) embedded in the body (1) that enable the robot to move, at least 2 on each wall outside the walls on 3 sides of the robot. Balance Ridge (3), which is located and positioned to prevent the robot from being fixed on these walls when it falls over, the sword (4) used as an attack mechanism against the opponent robots by moving up and down, the stop bar (5) on the sword (4) that goes under the opponent and lifts it up. It has a shaft (6), which is rotated by a motor and the sword (4) is mounted, and at least 2 wedges (7) on the front of the robot, which prevent the machine from overturning during the attack of the sword (4) mechanism to the opponent.

The invention has the body (1) produced by bending from steel sheet.

The invention has a wheel (2) coming out from both the upper and lower sides of the body (1) so that the robot does not lose its mobility even if it turns upside down.

Detailed Description of the Invention:

The parts constituting the invention are basically; body (1), wheel (2), balance Ridge (3), sword (4), stop strip (5), shaft (6) and wedge (7).

The robot has a body (1) manufactured by bending from steel sheet. The body (1) contains the parts of the robot on or inside it. There are at least 4 wheels (2) that are embedded in the body (1). These wheels (2) give the robot mobility and get the power for this movement from a motor inside the body (1). The wheels (2) come out from both the upper and lower sides of the body (1) in case the robot turns over as a result of the impacts it will receive.

In this way, even if it turns upside down, the wheels (2) can touch the ground and their mobility is not lost. There are at least 2 balance ridge (3) on 3 side walls of the body (1) and on each wall. In the event that the robot tilts as a result of the impacts it receives, the balance ridge (3) enables the robot to fall to the upper or lower side where the wheels (2) can touch the ground, thanks to these projections. There is a sword (4) on the front of the robot as the attack mechanism. The sword (4) is connected to a shaft (6). This shaft (6) performs rotational movement thanks to a high-torque geared motor located inside the body (1). As a result of the rotational movement of the shaft (6), the sword (4) moves up and down. During the attack on the opponent, the sword (4) goes under the opponent robot and raises it up. There is a stop bar (5) on the sword (4) in order to prevent the opponent from climbing over or getting too close to our robot during this movement. The opponent can be kept at the desired distance thanks to the stop bar (5). At least 2 wedges (7) are positioned in the front part of the body (1) in order to prevent the rear part of the body (1) from going up and overturning while the sword (4) is lifted under the opponent robot. In this case, the wedge (7) applies pressure to the ground and ensures that the body (1) is firmly attached to the ground.
