Abstract:
A switching valve (100) and a manufacturing method therefor. The switching valve (100) comprises a valve body (1), a valve seat (2), and a first connecting pipe (3); the valve body (1) is provided with an opening (11); the valve seat (2) is located in a valve cavity (101) of the valve body (1); the upper surface of the valve seat (2) is a plane; the lower surface of the valve seat (2) comprises a welding portion (201) matched with the shape of the opening (11) of the valve body (1); an inner edge (211) of the welding portion (201) is located at the opening (11), and an outer edge (212) is located in the valve body (1); the welding portion (201) is welded with the cylinder wall of the valve body (1) at the edge of the opening (11) in a closed-loop manner; the size of the o (11) is greater than the outer diameter of the first connecting pipe (3); the valve seat (2) is provided with a first valve seat hole (20); the first connecting pipe (3) passes through the opening (11) and then is inserted into the first valve seat hole (20) to be welded with the valve seat (2).
