Abstract:
For switching valves provided in conventional suction/discharge devices, driving parts are disposed inside the body and sample flows through the inside of the switching valve body. Therefore, it is not possible to perform treatments such as autoclave sterilization and it is not possible to completely remove causes of contamination such as unwanted bacteria. This switching valve has a structure in which causes of contamination such as unwanted bacteria are not propagated to the switching valve as a result of having a structure in which tubes through which sample flows are pressed from the outside to stop flow inside the tube. Moreover, the tubes and syringe pump that are installed in this suction/discharge device are assemblies that are easily exchangeable even if contamination occurs.
