Abstract:
A switching type liquid−contained vibration isolator designed so that switching between atmospheric pressure introduction and negative pressure introduction into a switching chamber causes an orifice to open and close so as to cope with shake vibration and idle vibration, wherein in order to prevent the coming−off of a pipe for introduction of atmospheric pressure and negative pressure into the switching chamber, first and second attachments (1, 2) are connected by a vibration isolation base body (3), the latter having disposed in the internal space thereof a partition member (4) and first and second diaphragms (5, 6), inner and outer orifices (12, 13) establishing communication between a main liquid chamber (7) and a secondary liquid chamber (8), the first and second diaphragms (5, 6) defining therebetween a balance chamber (9), the second diaphragm (6) and second attachment (2)defining therebetween a switching chamber (10), the central portion of the bottom wall (22) of the second attachment (2) being collapsed to the switching chamber (10), with a pipe (11) passing through the top (25a) of the collapsed portion (25) and received in the collapsed portion (25), the bottom wall (22) around the collapsed portion (25) being provided with a plurality of interference avoiding projections (29) projecting outward.
