Abstract:
The invention relates to a swing bridge (1) for converting a rotary motion into an oscillating motion, especially into a linear oscillating motion, especially within an electrically driven device (300). The swing bridge (1) comprises an oscillating body (2) defining a plane (X). The oscillating body (2) comprises a slot (8) arranged in the plane (X), wherein a first axis (I) extends through the slot (8) perpendicular to the plane (X), and a drive shaft (3) protruding perpendicular to the plane (X) along a second axis (II). Further, the oscillating body (2) comprises at least one web (6) extending at least substantially perpendicular to the plane (X). The web (6) has a free end (7) facing away from the oscillating body (2) for securing the oscillating body (2) to permit movement of the oscillating body (2) substantially only in one direction parallel to the plane (X). To improve the required space of an assembly comprising the swing bridge (1), for example an assembly within an electrically driven device (300), the swing bridge (1) allows an asymmetrical drive. Therefore, the first axis (I) and the second axis (II) are offset at least in one direction of the plane (X).
