A swaged collar and a swaged nut that buckle in a fixed axisymmetric shape when a thin-walled portion at the tip end is buckled and attached to a resin part. The swaged collar (10) is equipped with: a sleeve, having a thick-walled section (12), which is thick, a thin-walled section (14), which is thin, and a step section (15) between the thick-walled section and the thin-walled section; and a flange (11), which is formed on the thick-walled-section side of the sleeve, and has a larger diameter than that of the sleeve. A through-hole (13) is formed penetrating the sleeve and the flange, the sleeve is inserted into an attachment hole (33) of a resin component (30), and then the thin-walled part is buckled to form a buckled part (14a), thereby sandwiching and attaching the resin component (30) between the flange and the buckled part. When the outer diameter of the thin-walled portion is D, the wall thickness is t, the length is L, and the Poisson ratio is γ, the following equations are satisfied.
