Abstract:
A surface treatment method for imitation copper stainless steel nails, comprising the following steps: first placing a stainless steel nail a into an electrolytic tank for degreasing, then placing the degreased stainless steel nail b into a first pure water trough for rinsing, thereafter placing the rinsed stainless steel nail c into a heating furnace for heating, thereafter placing the resulting stainless steel nail d into a second pure water trough for quenching, then performing drying treatment, and finally obtaining an imitation copper stainless steel nail.
